Skips Explained
The Mini 2.5Cy Skip
Description: Our smallest skip, suitable for those
small jobs at your home or business. It has a capacity of 2.5 Cubic Yards.
Dimensions of 6x4x3 ft it will hold an average 3 to 4 wheelie bins.
Delivered By: A chain truck, if a car can gain access our truck generally
can.
The Midi 4Cy Skip
Description: Our Medium skip, suitable for those
medium sized jobs at home or your business. It has a capacity of 4 cubic
yards. Dimensions of 7x4x3 ft. It is best described as the back of a
pickup truck e.g. Toyota Hilux, if you think would fill the back of a
pickup then this is the skip for you.

The Standard 6 Cy Skip
Description: This is our most popular skip ideal for
a big clear out e.g. new kitchen or bathroom or cleaning out a shed.
Dimensions of 12x6x3 ft. This skip features a low front making it easy
to fill with the use of a wheel barrow.

The 8 Cy Skip
Description: This Skip has all the features of a
standard skip except it has higher sides making it ideal for bulky items
such as beds etc.

The 2in1 12 Cy Skip
Delivered By: This skip is called a 2in1 as it has the capacity of
two standard bins in the one bin. Ideal when clearing out 2/3 rooms or
where this is a vast amount of material to dispose off.

The 20 Yarder 20 Cy Skip
Description: For projects and contracts that involve
large volumes of waste we can provide Roll On/Off containers. We offer two
different sizes of Roll On/Off bins, one at 20 cubic yards (suitable for
heavy materials).

The 35 Yarder 35 Cy Skip
Description: For projects and contracts that involve
large volumes of waste we can provide Roll On/Off containers. We offer two
different sizes of Roll On/Off bins, one at 35 cubic yards (suitable for
light materials).

Skip Size
Remember to order the correct size skip, it is always better to order a
bigger skip than having to pay for two!
Skip Permits
If you need to place your skip on a public path or on a public road you
will need to apply for a Skip Permit. Please contact one of our sales team
on 045 896369 and they will make all the necessary arrangements. It can
take up to 48 hours to be granted a permit depending on the local council
guidelines.
N.B Skip sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.
Conditions of Hire
Customers requesting or ordering vehicles delivering or collecting
containers to leave the public highway, shall reimburse us fully in
respect of any loss, costs, claims, damage or expense we may thereby
sustain whether as a result of damage to the vehicle, themselves or the
property of customers or third parties.
Customers shall reimburse us in respect of any loss or damage to the containers whilst on hire to them from whatsoever cause the same may arise (fair wear and tear expected). They shall also fully indemnify us in respect of any claims for injury to persons or property arising out if the use of containers whilst on hire to them howsoever the same be caused or arise.
In addition to customers undertaking to observe at all times the conditions subject to which the permission of the Local Authority is granted as aforesaid (including in particular the provision of lamp and traffic cones). If containers are sited anywhere, also where they are likely to be a contributory cause of damage or injury to third parties; during the hours of darkness. Customers shall also ensure the safe loading of materials into the containers.
The customers shall not load or permit the container to be loaded higher than the side and ends.
The customer shall not burn or permit rubbish to be burnt inside the container.

put in a skip.

Charges:
- The basic rate charge we quote entitles you to the bin for 3 days, it also includes the delivery and collection of the bin if they bin is required beyond 3 days a charge of 10.00 per day is applied.
- If a permit is required this will be added to the price of your skip (please note this must be paid before a skip can be delivered)
- A wasted journey fee of 50.00 is applied if a customer orders the wrong bin size or where a driver goes to collect a bin that is not ready for collection
